Colliers International|West Michigan continues its expansion with the addition of real estate experts Shawn and Julie O’Brien. Shawn and Julie O’Brien join Colliers’ Lansing, Michigan, team as a retail advisor and an industrial advisor, respectively.
Prior to joining Colliers, Shawn O’Brien was the senior vice president of brokerage services for a commercial real estate firm where he specialized in site selection, retail property sales/leasing, land brokerage and investment services throughout Mid-Michigan. As a CCIM, Shawn brings a wide range of experience and talent to Colliers. Shawn is an active board member of Knights of Columbus at St. Martha, Catholic Church and has served on boards of several area charities and community service projects.
Julie O’Brien brings more than 20 years of client/customer service experience to the Colliers’ Lansing team, with the past eight years in commercial real estate as a senior industrial advisor focused on growing the Lansing industrial sector. She has helped her clients with site selection, tenant and landlord representation, and numerous other real estate services.
Julie O’Brien is a member of Commercial Board of REALTORS®, Commercial Properties Information Exchange, Michigan Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS and is a CCIM Institute candidate. She is involved with the Holy Cross Homeless No More Committee, and a board member of the Foundation For Haslett Schools
