Inner City Christian Federation will welcome two neighboring retail tenants to its Tapestry Square development at 435 LaGrave Ave. SE in Grand Rapics, Michigan, this fall, Colliers International|West Michigan announced.
Motive Training will open its first brick-and-mortar location and Chasing Vanity Salon & Spa will maintain its current location at 150 Wealthy St. SE and expand into 435 LaGrave Ave. SE.
Motive Training, owned by Brian Murray, is a boutique personal training studio that offers personal training and nutrition coaching in Grand Rapids. Murray has been a trainer and coach for 10 years.
Chasing Vanity Salon & Spa offers a range of services including haircuts, hair coloring, hair treatments, massages and more. Chasing Vanity Salon & Spa has experienced continued growth and success at their current location on Wealthy Street, which prompted them to expand into the adjacent building, filling the space next to Motive Training with plans for a medical spa.
Tapestry Square is a mixed-use, economically diverse urban housing development just blocks from downtown Grand Rapids. Tapestry Square encompasses four blocks bounded by Wealthy Street on the north, Division Avenue on the west, Buckley Street on the south and LaGrave Avenue on the east.
