Clayco has been awarded the design-build contract for the 215 N. Peoria office development in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. Led by developers Bob Wislow and Camille Julmy, the $26 million mid-rise project includes a 12-story office building featuring bottom floor amenities, two floors of parking, six floors of office space for lease and a green roof used as amenity space.
The project will include a fully integrated team using Clayco’s in-house design firms, BatesForum and LJC Collaborative. The Class A office building will include space for a ground level restaurant and a first-floor lobby. Floors two through four will include a 54-space parking garage and floors six to 12 will be leasable white space for office tenants, topped by an amenity-rich rooftop with a view.
The project is slated to include a high percentage of community workforce and should break ground next month. CBRE will serve as broker for the project.
