Clarion Construction, Inc. recently completed a tenant improvement project for the local Ware Malcomb office in Oak Brook, Illinois. The California-based design and architecture firm works with many general contractors nationally, but Clarion was chosen to complete the nearly 6,000-square-foot build-out for their new lease across from Oak Brook Center.
Ware Malcomb’s forward thinking design combines form and function. The scope of work included many special features to bring their vision to life including: custom reclaimed wood shelving, a countertop with a waterfall edge in the town hall, polished concrete floors and open ceiling with a painted deck in the welcome zone. Additionally, Clarion Construction’s in-house glazing division created custom glass systems for the conference and huddle rooms.
“Clarion was a great partner for the construction of our new office space in Oak Brook,” said Cameron Trefry, principal of Ware Malcomb’s Oak Brook and Chicago offices. “They were able to meet our incredibly aggressive schedule and helped find creative and cost-effective solutions for our conference rooms. The follow up on close-out items was great and the space looks amazing!”
