Tom Holtz, an executive vice president with the Minneapolis office of CBRE, was recently elected to the Minnesota Real Estate Hall of Fame.
Holtz specializes in major investment transactions for single-tenant and multi-tenant office and industrial properties.
Holtz joined CBRE in 1979 and has been involved in more than $11 billion in investment transactions. He has been a member of CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3 percent of performers natoinally, 14 times.
