Michael Duggan has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team in St. Louis as a senior vice president, specializing in multifamily lending.
Duggan will partner with CBRE’s market leading multifamily team in St. Louis, including vice chairman Matt Bukhshtaber.
An industry veteran with more than 27 years of experience, Duggan has originated more than $1 billion in multifamily and commercial real estate loans throughout his career. Duggan joins CBRE from Berkadia, where he spent the majority of his career, most recently as senior director.
