Chicago-based CapRock has added Tom Eilers as senior leasing manager, according to the firm’s managing principal and CEO, S.L. van der Zanden. Eilers will handle the leasing activities for all CapRock properties and third party listings.
Previously, Eilers was vice president of business development at Madison Corporate Group. His 19 years in the real estate industry have focused on leasing and asset management of retail shopping centers throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Eilers earned a degree in business at Hope College and holds the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Association and is an Illinois licensed broker.
