Kelli Deere has joined investment firm Briar Capital Management as director of asset management. She will be based in the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska, office.
Deere brings more than 16 years of property management experience to her new position and will be responsible for daily oversight of Briar’s Midwest portfolio of properties. That portfolio includes several thousand units.
Before joining Briar, Deere was director of residential property management at Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. At Lund, Deere oversaw all physical, operational and financial aspects of the company’s multifamily property management portfolio of about 10,000 apartment units.
