An investment group managed by Bond Street Properties has purchased 1360 E. Jefferson Ave. in Detroit. The property is a 17,422-square-foot site.
The site is currently occupied by a vacant 7,829-square-foot warehouse and 10-space parking lot.
“We are excited to expand our growing presence in downtown Detroit,” said Arik Roshanzamir, Bond Street’s principal. “With more than $250 million in new developments planned within a two-block radius of the 1360 building, we believe the East Riverfront Market is on the verge of becoming an extension of downtown Detroit.”
