Avison Young announced has negotiated a 275,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal for tenant InterMetro Industries Corporation at 3263 Elam Farms Parkway in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in the Nashville market.
InterMetro, based in Delaware, is a storage solutions provider for food service, healthcare and industrial users.
Avison Young principals Sue Earnest and Buist Richardson, who are both based in Nashville, and Sarah James, an associate in the company’s Nashville office,represented InterMetro. Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, GLP.
