Avison Young to market new 8.5-acre Amberley Woods development in Lake Forest

The 8.5-acre site on the southeast corner of Saunders Road and Rt. 60 was purchased recently by a joint between Lake Forest-based Smith Capital Management, Inc. and Northbrook-based Middleton Partners.

Smith Capital Management and Middleton Partners selected Avison Young as the exclusive leasing agent for a high-end hotel-retail-restaurant development being planned for the western gateway to Lake Forest, Illinois.

The 8.5-acre site on the southeast corner of Saunders Road and Rt. 60 was purchased recently by a joint between Lake Forest-based Smith Capital Management, Inc. and Northbrook-based Middleton Partners.

The Amberley Woods development is being marketed toward high-end hotel, retail and restaurant brands, spas and related users. The site is in on prime land site, just one block from I-94, and offers strong visibility, local and transient traffic patterns and the potential to tap into the affluent population base in Lake Forest and surrounding North Shore communities.
