Cincinnati's Liberty Center mixed-use development nabs new tenants

Steiner + Associates and Bucksbaum Retail Properties have signed its first group of tenants for the 64-acre, 1.2-million-square-foot Liberty Center retail center in Cincinnati.

some of the tenants include Foot Locker, Old Navy, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Pandora, GAP, Graeters Ice Cream, Bath & Body Works and Banana Republic.

In all, Liberty Center has signed more than 50 new leases.

Liberty Center will also feature a 200,000-square-foot Dillard's and an 80,000-square-foot Dick's Sporting Goods. An AC Hotel by Marriott will also anchor the development.

In all, the project includes more than 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment venues, 75,000 square feet of office, 240 luxury apartments and the 130-room AC Hotel by Marriott.
