Cassidy Turley closes sale of 104,000-square-foot shopping center in Indianapolis market for $8 million

Forest Park Master, LLC Tenants In Common (TIC) sold the Forest Park Plaza shopping center to Whitehouse, Ohio-based Devonshire REIT Inc. for $8.2 million.

The shopping center is located at 825 East National Ave. and U.S. Highway 40 in Brazil, about 60 miles west of Indianapolis. Cassidy Turley senior vice president and retail/land division manager Jacque Haynes represented the seller.

The retail center is grocery-anchored by Kroger and home to national tenants including Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Carquest Auto Parts, RadioShack, Family Video and Papa John’s Pizza. The property has a 96.3 percent occupancy rate.
