The ULI Jeffrey Kahan Full Member Fellowship provides opportunities for promising ULI Young Leaders from the Chicago area to participate as a Full Member in ULI at a very formative point in their careers. The Fellowship honors Jeffrey Kahan, a principal and director of the Investment Services Group of Colliers International in Chicago, who passed away in June 2012. Kahan was an active member of ULI and a member of the national Industrial and Office Park Development Council (IOPC) - Blue Flight. He deeply believed in the value of the relationships formed and information shared through ULI.

A jury of seven ULI members and associates of Jeffrey Kahan, including Steven Disse, Principal of Colliers International and former partner of Kahan, reviewed applications and interviewed qualified candidates. Fellowship benefits include a one-year ULI Full membership, attendance at the ULI spring and fall meetings as well as access to IOPC-Blue meetings and functions. Both Fellows will have an IOPC Mentor and a ULI Chicago Mentor as part of the year-long program and will be attending the upcoming ULI Fall Meeting in New York City, October 21-23, 2014.
