Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $5.9 million first mortgage loan secured by a 90-bed student housing complex at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently closed a $5.9 million first mortgage loan secured by a 90-bed student housing complex at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Tony Carlson with Grandbridge originated the refinance transaction.

"The loan funded on time and met our client's timing objectives," Carlson said in a written statement.

The property was fully occupied at the time of the loan's closing.
