This year’s winners were:

Architect of the Year: Gensler;

Build to Suit Project of the Year: Silliker Solution Center,  Studley Inc.;

Developer of the Year: Sterling Bay Cos.;

Development of the Year: 1225 Old Town, Hines Interests  L.P.;

Industrial Broker of the Year: Daniel P. Leahy and Adam  Roth, NAI Hiffman;

Innovative Deal of the Year: Hillshire Brands Co., CBRE  Inc., Colliers International, Sterling Bay Cos.;

Interior Contractor of the Year: Clune Construction Co.;

Interior Design Firm of the Year: Perkins & Will;

Investment Sales Broker of the Year: Jeffrey B. Devine,  Steven C. Disse and Jeffrey F. Kahan (posthumously), Colliers International;

Office Broker of the Year: Matt Carolan, Jeff Liljeberg,  Meredith O'Connor, Bill Rogers, and Steve Steinmeyer, Jones Lang LaSalle  Inc.;

Office Property Representative of the Year: Joy Jordan, Jack  O'Brien, Matt Pistorio and Brian Whiting, the Telos Group LLC;

Project Manager of the Year: Howard Blair, Development  Resources Inc.;

Property Management Company of the Year: Hines Interests  L.P.;
