Cushman report: Office vacancies on the rise in Twin Cities

August 04, 2010 Cushman & Wakefield's midyear 2010 statistics show that the Minneapolis/St. Paul CBD office vacancy rate rose to 19.5 percent. That's above the national average of 14.8 percent and up from 19.3 percent at the end of the previous quarter. Read more...

Clare Housing building new units for HIV/AIDS patients in Twin Cities

June 16, 2010 Each night in the Twin Cities, about 400 people with HIV/AIDS are living on the streets and in shelters. When non-profit Clare Housing opened Clare Apartments in 2005, more than four times as many people applied for apartments as the number of units available.
