Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the lease of 27,806 square feet of industrial space in the Sterling Ponds Court business park in Sterling Heights, Mich.

Joe Hamway of Signature Associates represented the tenant, Merrill Technologies. Merrill is a defense contractor.

Signature negotiated the lease of 121,704 square feet of industrial space in Canton, Mich.

Steve Gordon and Gary Sallen of Signature Associates represented both the landlord, 4280 Haggerty LLC, and the tenant, Poof-Slinky, Inc.

Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of a 24,480-square-foot retail building in Scottville, Mich.

Bryan Brench of Signature Associates represented the seller, LN Real Estate, and the buyer, Edward Spyker Properties, LLC.

Edward Spyker Properties plans to lease the building to Paddle Sports Warehouse, a Web-based catalog, retail and distribution company for the water sports industry.

Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 19,617 square feet of industrial space in Auburn Hills, Mich.

Paul Hoge and Garrett Keais of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Citizens Bank, and the purchaser, 2498 Commercial LLC. The purchaser is the current occupant who bought the building from its landlord.

Stough specializes in office brokerage along the Interstate-275 corridor in Michigan’s Oakland and Wayne counties.

Stough brings a backgound in finance to his new position.

This portfolio includes American Center, One Towne Square and Two Towne Square.

American Center is a 25-story Class-A office buiding with access by Northwestern Highway, M-10 and I-696. One Towne Square and Two Towne Square are both multi-story Class-A office buildings set in a campus-like environment in the middle of the Southfield Office Corridor.
