Nicholas Mollmann has joined the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP as a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group.
Mollmann represents clients in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, construction, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating leases and lease-related documents.
Before joining Taft, Mollmann was in-house counsel for multiple Real Estate Investment Trusts. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance, with distinction, from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
