Chelsea Ringlespaugh Spickelmier has joined the Indianapolis office of law firm Taft Stettinius & Hollister as a member of the firm’s real estate practice group.
Spickelmier represents clients in all aspects of real estate development, financing and leasing. She counsels real estate developers in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial, office and other commercial properties.
The addition of Spickelmier is just one more example of Taft’s growth in its real estate practice. The firm now has 74 real estate practice attorneys across nine offices throughout the Midwest.
