Graham Gold recently joined STREAM Capital Partners’ net lease and sale leaseback group. Based in Chicago, Gold will be vice president of sale leaseback and net lease transactions, advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets nationwide.
Prior to joining STREAM, Gold spent five years as an investment sales associate at Baum Realty Group. He is actively involved with the Illinois CCIM chapter, where he serves on the board of directors and is the chair of the membership committee. A native of St. Louis, Gold attended the University of Missouri-Columbia attaining a BSBA with an emphasis in finance and banking and real estate.
