John Van Noord has joined the office division of Southfield, Michigan-based Signature Associates. He will specialize in the sales and leasing of office properies along the Interstate-75 corridor north of 11 Mile Road.
Van Noord began his career with Signature in 2018 as an intern working with the property management division.
Van Noord will assist in managing the leasing needs of two key office projects in the area, Columbia Center and Oakland Towne Square.
