Russ Bono and Cameron Timmer have joined the Grand Rapids, Michigan, office of CBRE, Inc. as senior associates.
The team will focus on the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade retail properties throughout the Midwest. They join CBRE from NAI Wisinski.
Bono brings more than 19 years of experience to CBRE. Prior to his most recent role, he has owned a brokerage firm in Orange County, California, was a top-producing Realtor in the Las Vegas Market for more than 10 years and has won numerous CAR awards for largest retail sales in the West Michigan commercial market.
A graduate of Ferris State University, Bono is a member of ICSC, CCIM and the National Association of Realtors.
Timmer has partnered with Bono for five years at NAI Wisinski as co-leader of the firm’s retail investment team. Prior to that role, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Grand Rapids.
