Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 10-unit apartment property located in Woodstock, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, and Timothy B. Stephenson Jr., an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller and the buyer, both private investors.
The property is located at 816 Clay Street in Woodstock and consists of six one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and four two-bedroom/one-bathroom units measuring approximately 650 square feet and 1,025 square feet, respectively. The well-maintained property includes ample off-street parking and is located approximately one half mile from the Woodstock Metra station, which serves Chicago and the northwest suburbs, and historic downtown Woodstock, including Woodstock Square, which offers a distinctive collection of shops, restaurants and galleries.
