Prabhat Jayara promoted to VP of underwriting at Mag Mile Capital

Mag Mile Capital, formerly Aries Conlon Capital, has promoted Prabhat Jayara to vice president of underwriting and originations. Formerly an associate vice president, Jayara is responsible for originating, underwriting and packaging client transactions for lender review, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities.

Since joining the firm in 2014, he has participated in closing over $500 million in financing for hotels, multifamily, industrial, self-storage, office and retail properties nationwide. Prior to his employment with the firm, Jayara held finance positions with Group One Trading, L.P. and Morgan Stanley in New York, as well as SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, Connecticut and Cap Gemini S.A. in Chicago.

Jayara earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also completed international studies programs in Prague and Singapore. Jayara is highly active in the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) through the firm’s status as a Club Blue Founding Member.
