Des Moines, Iowa’s, newest boutique commercial real estate firm Performance Realty, LLC opened today. Performance Realty is owned and operated by Des Moines native and longtime commercial real estate broker Tom Gayman.
“It’s always been my vision to own and operate a small, local brokerage firm,” Gayman said in a statement. “I’m excited for the opportunity to establish my own brand in the Des Moines market that is based on my 30-plus years of experience, relationships and results in commercial real estate.”
Performance Realty is focused on one-on-one brokerage services and offers its clients a customized, service-driven approach to produce the results that clients expect. Services include tenant representation, land sales, site selection and industrial and office leasing.
