by Illinois Real Estate Journal ReportsChicagoKevin Veon has joined Newmark Knight Frank as an executive managing director in the global real estate services firm's Chicago office, where he will be providing landlord and tenant representation services to a myriad of clients throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Veon served as an executive managing director, and founding member at GVA Chicago (formerly GVA Williams), where he was tasked with providing innovative real estate strategies for new development opportunities, conducting site selection/procurement analysis and overseeing lease negotiations on behalf of his clients. He transitioned to GVA after seven years at Mesirow Financial, where he was a vice president in the realty brokerage division, focusing solely on office and industrial tenant representation transactions in Chicago and the suburban corridors.
