Peak Construction expands national team

Des Plaines, Illinois-based Peak Construction Corporation announced the addition of two new project engineers to their operations team, Ahmed Salih and Jason Bruce.

Salih joined Peak in August and has been working on their 400,400-square-foot, build-to-suit project in Twinsburg, Ohio. Salih has 12 years of experience in the industry as an engineer, construction manager and project engineer for firms in Dubai, UAE and the Cleveland area.

He recently received his bachelor of science in civil engineering from Cleveland State University’s Washkewicz College of Engineering where is also currently working on receiving his masters in structural engineering. Ahmed is a certified Project Management Professional and also obtained Construction Management Certification from Turner School of Construction Management.

Bruce joined Peak in November and will be working on Prologis’ 913,000-square-foot building project in Burlington, New Jersey. Bruce has held various co-op positions at construction and engineering firms while attending school and recently received his bachelor of science in construction management from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Prior to attending Drexel, Bruce served with the U.S. Army for eight years including multiple deployments to the Middle East.
