Paul Proano and Joshua Hergott have joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as senior commercial advisors. Their office is located at 1959 N. Halsted Street in Chicago. Their primary focus will be investment sales, leasing, retail and multifamily properties in the Chicagoland area. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, both Paul and Joshua worked as a team for several years at Marcus & Millichap.

Proano has been an owner/operator of small business franchises throughout the Chicagoland area and is also the president of the Chicagoland advertising association for an international franchise. Proano is also a chamber member for multiple chambers throughout the Chicagoland area and spends time building relationships with fellow entrepreneurs.
Hergott specializes in multi-tenant retail properties, as well as single-tenant, net-leased properties throughout the United States. He leverages his existing relationships, company resources, and market knowledge to advise private clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail assets. Hergott earned Rookie of the Year in 2016 and achieved Chicago O’Hare’s office first ever Pace Setter Award.
