Panattoni Development has announced two new industrial buildings for Hazelwood’s Aviator Business Park on the site of a former Ford plant in Hazelwood, Missouri, part of the St. Louis market.
Construction has commenced on the speculative buildings which will total 640,182 square feet, with Aviator 8 at 224,089 square feet and Aviator 9 at 416,093 square feet. They are expected to be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2020.
The two Class-A distribution facilities will feature modern 32-foot clear heights and can be occupied by a single tenant or be divided, accommodating users as small as 38,000 square feet and as large as 416,093 sf.
Aviator Business Park, located one mile north of St. Louis-Lambert International Airport, is served by Norfolk Southern Railroad and provides easy access to interstates 70, 270, 64, and I-170 and key area roads including Lindbergh Boulevard. The park is 90 percent leased with a strong tenant mix including International Foods, Weekends Only and Silgan Plastics.
CBRE’s Katie Haywood and John Frith will be marketing the properties on behalf of Panattoni.
