CBC Griffin completes West St. Paul land sale

Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Cos., based in Minneapolis, has closed a 1.55-acre land sale with Jerry's Enterprises for a West St. Paul property.

Senior vice president Linda Zelm and associate Suzie Rettinger represented the nine heirs of William and Della Orf in the sale and D.E. Winter's Darcy Winter represented Jerry's Enterprises in the purchase of the property, located at the northwest corner of South Robert Street and Mendota Road.

The corner parcel purchased what the home to a now closed Famous Dave's restaurant. The site will be added to the adjacent Ten Acres Center to make it easier to renovate in the future. The Famous Dave's is scheduled to be removed.
