Paine/Wetzel announces transactions

A private investor has purchased a 3,200-square-foot building at 4153 W. Lake St. in Chicago. Situated on a 6,400-square-foot land site, the building will be used for auto use. Kim Aigner, associate of Paine/Wetzel - ONCOR International, represented the buyer while Bill Gold of Troy Realty represented the seller.

In another transaction, Science Supply Solutions Inc. has signed a new 5,000-square-foot lease at 80 Lively Boulevard in Elk Grove Village. The 20,000-square-foot building includes an interior dock and drive in door and features 800 square feet of office space. Elise A. Couston, SIOR, principal, and Patrick Fitzgerald, associate of Paine/Wetzel - ONCOR International represented the landlord, Chicago Properties LLC. Brad Bullington of Brown Commercial Group represented the tenant.

Wet Solutions Inc. has relocated from Arlington Heights to 5050 Newport Drive in Rolling Meadows. Patrick Fitzgerald, associate, and Elise A. Couston, SIOR, principal, of Paine/Wetzel - ONCOR International represented the tenant. Peter Balyeat of Korman Lederer & Associates represented the landlord, 5050 Newport LLC.
