CB Richard Ellis to provide leasing and management services at Missouri office center

KBS Realty Advisors has selected the St. Louis office of CB Richard Ellis to provide leasing and management services at the Pierre Laclede Center in Clayton, Mo.

The two buildings that make up the center total 579,846 square feet. KBS Realty also owns The Plaza in Clayton, where CBRE | St. Louis also
provides leasing and management services.

Senior vice presidents Jeff Kaiser and Mark Palmer will serve as leasing agents for the Pierre Laclede Center. The pair has nearly four decades of experience in the local commercial real estate market, focusing on the Clayton and downtown submarkets.

Asset Services managing director Cathie Crowley and associate director Cori Vonderahe will oversee the building's management, and have selected Christy Sullivan, senior real estate manager, and Alan Arky, senior chief engineer, to lead the day-to-day operations staff at the two buildings.
