Lee & Associates of Michigan, a commercial real estate company, recently promoted Christian Hill to principal status with the company.

Hill has earned the top sales requirements to become a shareholder of Lee & Associates of Michigan. This new status places him on the Michigan board of directors and offers him the additional opportunity to invest in all future Lee & Associates offices nationwide.

"Christian's determination and expertise in discovering untapped solutions for today's commercial real estate market, are proven by his customers satisfaction," said Jon Savoy, president of Lee & Associates of Michigan. "With his knowledge of and passion for the industry, he will make an excellent addition to our Michigan board of directors."

Hill joined Lee & Associates in 2008 as an industrial associate specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and high-tech facilities, as well as vacant land parcels located in the Downriver and Western Wayne county markets.

Hill also exclusively represents national and local companies seeking to acquire these types of properties, negotiating optimal terms on their behalf.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Hill served as an industrial associate at Friedman Real Estate Group in Farmington Hills, Mich., and Insite Commercial Group.
