Milwaukee-based Colliers Barry recently brokered a pair of significant transactions in Wisconsin, giving proof to the notion that there are still commercial deals taking place across the Midwest.

In the first deal, CCR Acquisitions has leased the 21,172-square-foot former Badger Wholesale building in Hartland, Wis., from Myra Properties LLC. James Young of Colliers Barry brokered the transaction.

The tenant will relocate from its existing Brookfield, Wis., location and expand its silk-screening and distribution operations. The landlord will continue to own the facility as a long-term investment.

In a second transacstion, JMB Real Estate Wisconsin LLC has purchased the 11,900-square-foot Bresler Eitel Framing Gallery property in Milwaukee from Clive B. Buckley Revocable Trust.

David Buckley of Colliers Barry brokered the transaction. Bresler Eitel Framing Gallery will remain in the building.
