Inland brokers deal with specialty restaurant

Inland Real Estate Corporation has announced the signing of a new 1,800-square-foot lease with Creperie Normande, a restaurant specializing in traditional and unique crepes, at Algonquin Commons.

The Creperie is slated to open in March and will be the fourth retailer to open at Algonquin Commons since November.

In addition to the Creperie, new retailers at Algonquin Commons include:

·Hot Mama, an upscale fashion boutique chain for moms and moms-to-be; 2,348 square feet
·Thirsty Whale Bar & Grill; 6,480 square feet
·United Sports; 2,516 square feet

Algonquin Commons is a 500,000 square-foot outdoor lifestyle center located at 1900 South Randall Road in Algonquin, Ill.
