Zacher Company grabs leasing and property management deal in Indiana

The Zacher Company recently nabbed the assignment for leasing and property management of Chapel Ridge Shopping Center in Fort Wayne, Ind.

The 311,670-square-foot center is anchored by Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Marshall's and Office Depot.

The shopping center currently has suites from 3,049 square feet to 11,808 square feet available.
