Podolsky Northstar represents Management Association of Illinois in lease renewal

The Management Association of Illinois has completed a renewal of its lease for 13,366 square feet of space at 1400 Opus Place in Downers Grove, Ill. Corey B. Chase of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International completed the tenant representation assignment at the building owned and managed by Duke Realty.

The Management Association of Illinois will continue leasing space on the fifth floor of the nine-story, 222,400-square-foot building that was developed in 1986. It has been a tenant of the building since 2003.

Full terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Management Association of Illinois serves more than 1,000 Chicagoland organizations with human resources and management services. It will use the space at 1400 Opus Place for administrative offices and training.

With this renewal, 1400 Opus Place remains at 93 percent occupancy. Other tenants of the building include State Farm Insurance, Amsted Industries and Column Engineering.
