CB Richard Ellis hires two, promotes two more in St. Louis office

St. Louis

CB Richard Ellis recently promoted two and hired two new associates at its St. Louis office.

Jeromy Ruot has been promoted to senior real estate manager with the company. He brings 15 years experience managing high-rise office buildings to his new position, and is currently responsible for hte oversight of Gateway Tower and the 1015 Locust building in downtown St. Louis.

Liz Schenk has been promoted to the position of real estate manager. She manages a portfolio of suburban and city buildings, and has worked with the CB Richard Ellis management team since 2005.

The company also hired Lauren Furry as a real estate services coordinator and Vance Pena as a project manager.
