Darwin Realty announces sale

Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has announced the sale of a 15,200-square-foot building at 555 E. Plainfield Road in Countryside, Ill. to BenzTek, Inc.

The building features a 2,245-square-foot office, 2 interior docks, 5 drive-in doors, 16' clear ceilings and parking for 35 cars. BenzTek, Inc., repairs and services Mercedes-Benz vehicles, exclusively. The firm is relocating from Lemont.

George Cibula, president, and Victor F. DeBoer of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation represented the purchaser, BenzTek, Inc., in this transaction and Chris Porter of Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller.
