Mid-America sells Wisconsin shopping center for $37 million

Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Mid-America Real Estate Corporation's investment sales group recently sold the 238,816-square-foot Grafton Commons shopping center in Grafton, Wis., to a private REIT managed by Inland Real Estate.

Mid-America sold the property for $37 million.

Mid-America's Rick Drogosz and Bonnie Tripton, along with Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin's Dan Cohen, represented the seller and developer, Continental Properties of Milwaukee.

Anchor tenants for Grafton Commons include Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, PetSmart and Michaels.
