Continental Offices Ltd. signs new office lease deals in the O'Hare market

Continental Offices Ltd., has announced that Brandt T. Pfeifer, director of leasing for the company has signed several new leases at 2340 and 2700 S. River Road, Des Plaines. One of the new leases includes the signing of HMX, LLC for 18,149 square feet. HMX is a New York based clothier that relocated to the 2700 S. River Road building to be near its manufacturing facility in Des Plaines. David M. Findling of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in this transaction.

Pfeifer, representing the landlord, Continental Offices Ltd., also signed the following new deals in the 2340 and 2700 River Road buildings: Brud Hall, LLC., G&L Associates, Inc., InventHelp, Physician Reimbursement Management Ltd., STI Technologies, Inc., totaling over 15,000 square feet., all of which occurred during the first three quarters of 2009.
