by Midwest Real Estate News ReportsMinneapolis-St. PaulCarlson Real Estate Company recently leased 48,700 square feet of office space within the OTC Building in Plymouth, Minn., to iQor, a provider of business process outsourcing services. iQor provides customer service, first‐party receivables management and third‐party collections across the United States, Canada, India, the Philippines and the United Kingdom. The space leased to iQor was recently vacated by Carlson Companies. Upon completion of this transaction, the building remains fully occupied. Other tenants in the building include Carlson Companies and United Healthcare. Denny Walsh of Walsh Partners led iQor's efforts during space and lease negotiations. Kris Harris, senior director overseeing Carlson Real Estate Company's Minneapolis portfolio, said, "We came to the negotiating table and responded quickly. We were flexible in responding to all their requests. I believe they saw this as a great advantage of doing business with us." Jim Freytag, first vice president with CB Richard Ellis and Dave Marschinke, senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis, represented Carlson Real Estate Company. More Articles
