Essex Realty announces multiple sales

Essex Realty Group, Inc. has announced the sale of two 25 unit
courtyard buildings, 622 W. Stratford and 629 W. Cornelia, located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.

The properties consist of 38 one bedroom units and 12 two bedroom units. Doug Imber and Mike Tetrick of Essex represented the seller in the transaction and Doug Imber also represented the purchaser. The sale price was approximately $6,235,000.
