Stenograph relocates to Elmhurst

Kelly M. Joyce, CCIM, vice president with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Industrial Services Group, represented Stenograph, LLC in a 41,356-square-foot new lease at 596 Lamont Road in Elmhurst. The landlord is UBS Realty Advisors.

Constructed in 1987, 596 Lamont Road is a 41,356-square-foot free standing warehouse located in Elmhurst's Greenpoint Business Park. The building features 21,000 square feet of office space, four interior docks and six drive-in doors in addition to 100-car parking. Stenograph, a manufacturer of shorthand writing machines and computer-aided transcription, is expected to occupy the entire facility in November 2009 and relocate from its current facility in Mt. Prospect.
