Trader Joe's expands in Arlington Heights

Centro Properties Group has announced that Trader Joe's will be expanding at Annex of Arlington, located west of Interstate 294, on the southwest corner of Arlington Heights Road and Rand Road in Arlington Heights, Ill.

Trader Joe's will expand its current 8,910-square-foot store by assuming 4,050 square feet of adjacent retail space.

Construction on the expanded space should commence in mid-June with an anticipated expanded-store opening in fall of 2009. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Annex of Arlington and was represented by Brad Ratajczak with Centro Properties Group.
