Farmer Bros. leases Northlake building

Farmer Brothers Co. has leased an 89,837-sq-ft manufacturing/warehouse building at 100 Whitehall in Northlake, Ill.

Richard G. Daly, SIOR, principal, and Joe Bronson of Darwin Realty & Development Corp., represented the building owner, Mirvac Chicago Industrial LLC. Jeff Ludwig and Nick Kriazes of The Alter Group represented the tenant, Farmer Brothers, in the leasing of this facility to accommodate long-term growth.

The building includes 9,000 sq ft of office space and 30-ft clear ceilings.
