Fried comes to Colliers from Phillips Edison, where she was development services manager. Previously, she held positions at Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. and The Gem Real Estate Group. Fried's clients have included lenders, property users, investors, legal and financial counsel, health-care organizations, governments and public and private corporations. Much of her work has focused on financial feasibility analysis and due diligence. She has also worked on a number of high-profile redevelopment projects, including the $45 million Fountain Square renovation. Fried has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Fried is also very involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Greater Cincinnati . She is a past president of the organization and helped spearhead the highly successful "Urban Renaissance" CREW Conference held in Cincinnati in April ofColli 2009. More Articles
