Jones Lang LaSalle awarded management of 700,000-square-foot medical portfolio

Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the contract to manage Alexian Brothers Hospital Network's 700,000-square-foot medical portfolio.

The outsourcing assignment will involve the management of the 50-property portfolio, which includes ambulatory care facilities and physician office space located across the North Western Chicago suburbs.

It will include numerous facets of real estate services including lease administration, property, project and facility management, leasing, and accounting. Buildings in the portfolio include Brock Medical Plaza and Wimmer Medical Plaza, Elk Grove Village, Ill; and Doctors Office Building One and 1786 Moon Lake Boulevard, Hoffman Estates, Ill.

Jones Lang LaSalle's National Healthcare group's clients include the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Harvard School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Kaiser Permanente and Tenet Healthcare.
