Ohio-based CVS sells for $3.3M

Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of a 10,443-square-foot retail store in Gahanna, Ohio, for $3.3 million.

The firm's Simon Jonna represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 900-906 North Hamilton Rd., it is currently home to a CVS store, which was a prototype built in 2006. It has more than 20 years remaining in the lease term.
